Privacy Policy

Last updated: 21 June 2026

VaultShield VPN ("VaultShield", "we", "us") is operated by MICoders Technology Solutions. This policy explains what we collect, why, and the choices you have. VaultShield is a privacy product — we collect as little as possible.

No activity logs

We do not log your browsing history, the websites or apps you visit, your DNS queries, or the content of your traffic. We cannot share what we do not have.

What we do collect

  • Account: your email address (via Google Sign-In) to identify your subscription across devices.
  • Billing: handled by Stripe and the Apple App Store. We never see or store your full card details.
  • Aggregate data usage: total bytes transferred per account, to enforce the free-tier data cap. Not tied to any destination.
  • Device identifier: a random per-install ID used to issue your VPN configuration. It is not your advertising ID.
  • Diagnostics: minimal, anonymized crash/error data to keep the service reliable.

How we use it

To authenticate you, provision your encrypted tunnel, enforce plan limits, process payments, and improve reliability. We do not sell your data, and we do not use it for advertising profiles.

Payments

Web and Android purchases are processed by Stripe; iOS purchases by the Apple App Store. Their handling of your payment information is governed by their respective privacy policies.

Data sharing

We share data only with the processors needed to run the service (e.g. Stripe for payments, Google for sign-in) and only when legally required. We do not sell personal data to third parties.

Your rights

You can access, export, or delete your account data at any time. To delete your account and associated data, email support@vaultshieldvpn.com.
